For children who want to grow in their theater skills by being involved in a fully produced musical and can commit to rehearsals three times a week.
Beauty & the Beast - The Workshop
For children who want to grow in their musical theater skills and can commit to only one practice per week.
The Full Musical Production
-
Auditions will be on March 25.
Everyone who registers will have a part in the production! Therefore, auditions will be required for all students who register for the full production of Beauty & the Beast.
Instructions for the auditions will be sent after the registration form is completed.
Please note: We do not offer refunds if a student isn’t cast in the part he or she wanted. Instead, we hope to walk with that student through the process of finding purpose in the role he or she does receive.

Rehearsals are on Tuesday and Thursday after school and on Saturday. They start the last week in March and go through May 18.

Actors will be committing to three practices per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays). This show will have two full performances with costumes, lights, and sound. Actors will be required to have appropriate underclothes, tights and dance shoes for the performance (not provided by Level Up). Costumes will be provided by Level Up. Actors will also be required to have stage makeup and hair. It is at the parent’s discretion to purchase items for this need or use what you have at home. During tech week, our cast eats dinner together. These meals are an optional additional cost, as the student is welcome to bring their own food. We have a snack bar with snacks for purchase at every rehearsal. Every patron (a person attending a performance) will be required to purchase a ticket regardless of their age. This includes parents and siblings. All tickets at $15/patron.
This production is for the student (and family) who:
Wants to LEVEL UP in the skills required for putting on a fully produced musical — singing, dancing, and acting.
Has the availability and stamina to meet the rehearsal requirements (multiple days a week).
Is excited to receive any part regardless of what he or she auditioned for.

Please note: We do not offer refunds if a student isn’t cast in the part he or she wanted. Instead, we hope to walk with that student through the process of finding purpose in the role he or she does receive.

Rehearsals are on Tuesdays starting the last week in March.
Concluding with a mandatory dress rehearsal on Thursday, May 4.
-
Performances on May 6 @ 11am
Rehearsals and performances will be held at The Flipside Church.
There is no ticket fee for the performance, however tickets will be required for capacity reasons.

Actors will have practice once per week on Tuesdays. Each participant will perform in their Beauty and the Beast T-shirt (provided by Level Up) with black bottoms (provided by you) and have a costume change (provided by Level Up) for the finale of the showcase. Therefore, actors will be required to have black leggings or pants to wear with their Beauty and the Beast shirt, as well as underclothes (bike shorts and a leotard/tank top or t-shirt) for their costume change for the finale. Actors will also need shoes they can dance in, preferably black. We have a snack bar with snacks for purchase at every rehearsal. The showcase will be ticketed, for capacity requirements only, at no charge to patrons.
This option is for the student (and family) who:
Wants to LEVEL UP in the skills required for putting on a show —singing, dancing, and acting.
Has the ability and stamina to meet the rehearsal requirements (one day a week, with two days the final week.)
Really wants to be Belle or another lead role, but might not be old enough or have enough experience. For example, in the full musical, there will only be one Belle and one actor assigned to each part. In our workshop, there will be multiple opportunities to sing, dance, act, and even dress as Belle.
